🌍 Erasmus Days at Primary School No. 5 in Czeladź 🇪🇺

On October 15th, Primary School No. 5 celebrated Erasmus Days — an event filled with creativity, teamwork, and international spirit! Students took part in quizzes, art projects, and cultural activities connected to the countries involved in the Erasmus+ programme.

The celebration also became a great opportunity to promote and share the results of our ongoing Erasmus+ project “There is no other living planet.” Through posters, presentations, and discussions, students reflected on the importance of environmental protection and international cooperation.

💙 The day reminded us that learning goes far beyond the classroom — it’s about openness, respect, and discovering the world together.

ERASMUS DAYS IN ITALY

The Erasmus day we shared today was an extraordinary opportunity, a moment of deep reflection on the pillars that support the identity of each nation. We imagined embarking on this journey and focused on what was truly essential to take with us. To this end, we imagined a special journey, an 'ideal journey' in which our suitcase contained not material objects, but all those essential rights that every individual, regardless of location or origin, would like and should have.
What did we put in this symbolic suitcase?
We put the right to quality education for all, because knowledge is the real key to opening every door. We added the right to health and accessible healthcare, as the foundation of a peaceful life. We could not leave out the right to freedom of expression, a sacred value that allows every voice to contribute to the democratic debate in every country. The right to non-discrimination, the principle that makes us equal and values our diversity. And finally, we closed the suitcase with the right to peace and security, the fundamental aspiration that allows all other rights to exist. Our journey has thus become a mission of equality and mutual respect to be shared with all our partners.
